New Hire Not Importing Into Time and Attendance

Description of Issue

New hire employee is not coming into Time & Attendance during the employee integration.

Cause

The department that was tied to the employee in the payroll system was not created inside Time & Attendance.

Resolution

In order to get the new hire imported into Time & Attendance, the department must be created inside Time & Attendance to assign to the new hire. This can be completely manually for 3rd party payrolls by creating the department or through the department integration if Tyler integrated.
