E-Procurement Not Punching Out

We are clicking on the shop online feature in Requisitions/Requisition Entry. Munis is not generating a tab, punching out to the website. All other vendors but this one are working.

Please verify that credentials for the vendor are correct. If you are not generating a tab punching out to MUNIS, your browser is blocking the tab from being generated. MUNIS creates a pop up and any pop up blockers will prevent it from being generated. Please allow the pop up to be created.

You can allow this by going into your browser settings or, when you click the link to shop online. A window should populate to the right of the URL where it asks you if you want to allow it. Every browser is different, so it could disapear quickly or stay there for you to click on it and allow the pop up to happen and continue to happen in the future.
