These are our browser recommendations for the ReadyForms web applications (Template Configuration, System Administration).

Cause

User(s) experiencing an issue accessing the ReadyForms Template Configuration Page and/or System Administration Page while using Internet Explorer.



Resolution

Preferred: Chrome

Supported, but not preferred: Firefox, Safari, Edge

Not supported: Internet Explorer



Additional Information

Please note, Internet Explorer has been retired by Microsoft as of June 15, 2022 and it is no longer supported.
