System Setup option not available in TCM full client

Description of Issue

In the TCM Full Client the user does not have the System Setup option under administration. 



Context

  • Tyler Content Manager (TCM)

  • System Administration 



Cause

User has unnecessary permissions causing conflict with the administration permissions. 



Resolution

  1. Site admin will need to login to TCM Full client 

  2. Select Administration > User Management

  3. Search for user and edit

  4. Remove any permissions except for Administrators(ADMINS) 

  5. Select Ok
