TCM Full Client Landing Page 503 Error

Description of Issue

The TCM Full Client Landing page errors after verifying all variables in the launcher configuration are correct.

Context

Cause

Timezone and/or Strick Timezone variables are enabled in Tyler Deploy however they do not match the server's timezone

TCM Pods that are split into time zones are strictly organizational at this time and do not reflect the actual time zone of the server

Resolution

Contact TSM Support for assistance correcting the variables
