TCM Document Submission fails with Insufficient Privileges

Description of Issue

TCM Document Submission fails with Insufficient Privileges. CREATE access required to resource
'tyler.empire.document.doccode.MUNISGeneral.MUNISSpoolFiles'

Context
  • TCM

  • Content Manager

Cause

Insufficient Permissions for user

Resolution
  1. Log into the TCM full client

  2. Navigate to Administration > Security Manager

  3. Select the Users tab

  4. Double click on the user needing to be updated

  5. Remove Read-only access to all MUNIS docs (MU_ACCESS_READONLY)

  6. Review other permissions and verify if groups need to be added to gain write access

  7. Click OK
