Description of Issue
TCM Document Submission fails with Insufficient Privileges. CREATE access required to resource
'tyler.empire.document.doccode.MUNISGeneral.MUNISSpoolFiles'
Context
TCM
Content Manager
Cause
Insufficient Permissions for user
Resolution
Log into the TCM full client
Navigate to Administration > Security Manager
Select the Users tab
Double click on the user needing to be updated
Remove Read-only access to all MUNIS docs (MU_ACCESS_READONLY)
Review other permissions and verify if groups need to be added to gain write access
Click OK
