Description of Issue

  • Workers Compensation Report had incorrect Premium Rate and not sure where to update.

  • How do we update our risk rates?

  • Risk Codes

  • Risk Code Reporting



Cause

Incorrect Premium Rate



Resolution

  1. Open Risk Codes (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Risk Codes)

  2. Search for the risk code

  3. Click Update

  4. Enter the new Premium Rate

  5. Select Accept

  6. Continue updating the Premium Rate for each Risk Code as needed
