History Transfer for partial hours
Description of Issue
Hours for storm were all entered under normal base pay and site wants to now want to move a few of those hours to a different storm management account.

Resolution
The History Transfer is used to transfer processed payroll data to other accounts; however, it cannot be used to move partial hours/amounts. Site will need to do a manual Journal entry to make those changes.
