Remove Customers Account in Utilities Access

User wants to have their Utilities Access account deleted.

Instructional

1. Log into Utilities Access as an Admin.

2. Click your Profile Icon in the top right to expose a dropdown menu, then click Admin.

3. Click Manage Members.

4. In the Member Email field, enter the customer's email address associated with their account. Click Search.

5. Click the Manage hyperlink on the customer's row.

6. Click Remove Membership. 

Removing a customers membership will remove their information from UA and unlink their UB accounts. However, they are still able to access municipalonlinepayments.com with their login information.
