Granting users access to Notify
Description of Issue
User cannot login to Tyler Notify
Context

- Data Access
Cause
User is missing Munis as a division role in Tyler Notify
Resolution
- Ensure user is within client's OKTA Store
- Login to Tyler Notify as an admin
- Click Manage Users
- Select the user that is unable to login
- Click Notify Administration
- Click the pencil to edit
- Choose Munis as the division role
- Click Save the change(s)
