User cannot login to Tyler Notify

Cause

User is missing Munis as a division role in Tyler Notify

Resolution
  1. Ensure user is within client's OKTA Store
  2. Login to Tyler Notify as an admin
  3. Click Manage Users
  4. Select the user that is unable to login
  5. Click Notify Administration
  6. Click the pencil to edit
  7. Choose Munis as the division role
  8. Click Save the change(s)
