Public Service tax bills print Error BillManager.generateCachedBillStateData

When using mass select to print existing Public Service tax bills. There are no records found, and this error shows as a result BillManager.generateCachedBillStateData.

• Enterprise ERP

• Property Tax Billing

• VA Tax

• Public Services

• Print Tax Bills/Statements (txbilprt)

Only occurs when Public Services is selected as the Type.

Development is currently researching the issue.

Current workaround is to Select All as the Type field with defining the Print Tax Bills/Statement. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
