How to Change Names of Printers on Munis

Description of Issue

The client asked for the name of Munis Printers to be changed

Context

Cause

Munis printer definitions do not allow for the editing of printer names and will require a database query from the backend

Resolution

Please create a case with TSM Saas for assistance in the Support Portal.

Additional Information

This will only change the printer name for printers listed in Printer Definitions in Munis

System administration > Printer device administration > printer definitions
