Recurring Journal Entry effective date does not match year and period

Cause

Unknown, this has only been reported once and was not able to be recreated.

Resolution

Contact support they can run a utility to force effective date to match last day of the transaction's year and period month

All programs in General Ledger should validate the year, period and effective date off of Journal Number Control
