OR Payroll Reporting month count for employees is not reporting for in the third month of the quarter

Description of Issue

The program isn't bringing in the third month of employees.

Cause

The employee count reflects the number of employees who received wages for the pay period including the 12th of the month, as required by the reporting agency.

Checks have not been printed for the Warrant with a pay period crossing the 12th of the 3rd month in the quarter.

Resolution

In order to be included in the count an employee needs to have received a check in the payroll that crossed the 12th, which means you will need to complete the Check/Advice printing step(s) before running your quarterly reports.
