Set log level to Debug

Description of Issue

Detailed logs were requested to provide more information and insight on an issue occurring in Cashiering.

Resolution

To change log level to Debug:

  1. Cashiering > Administration > Settings

  2. General tab

  3. Change Log level to Debug 

  4. Set Maintain logs for to no more than 3 days 

  5. Set Clear logs at to 12:00 AM

  6. Save 

Additional Information

When detailed logging is no longer required, we recommend changing the log level back to Error. This stops the capturing of excess logs when they are not needed.Â
