Employee amounts changing for dental

Description of Issue

Need to update the amounts for Employee and Employer for Dental Insurance.

  • Enterprise ERP Payroll
  • Deduction and Benefit Master
  • Employee Deductions
Cause

Site does not use premium tables for this Deduction and is using Calc Code 02: Amt from Employee Deductions. These values are maintained on the Employee Deduction level.

Resolution

Manually update rates for Employees:

  1. Navigate to Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Deductions.
  2. Click Update.
  3. TAB to Employee Amt/Pct field and key in rate.
  4. TAB to Employer Amt/Pct and key in rate.
  5. Click Accept.

Import updates to rates: Import employee and employer rates into Employee Deductions
