Description of Issue

  • Report was saved to spool but the only option for opening the report are Display, PDF, Word

  • Cannot open the report in Excel

Cause

This is expected functionality

Resolution

When a report is saved to the spool, it gets saved as a .txt file type. From here, the .txt would need to be converted to a .xlsx file type. Converting the file would be entirely up to the site to complete depending on their process.
