Time card report Organizational unit drop down not populating

Client reported that they needed to run the time card report but when they go to select the organizational unit the drop down does not populate or load even after clearing their browsers cache.

The drop down would not populate because the prior drop down pay period range had no selection. Once a selection is made, clear the selection and the drop down for organizational unit will populate.

1. Login to ExecuTime

2. Click Reporting

3. Click Time Card

4. Click Pay Period drop down and select the period

5. Click Pay Period Range and select Null

6. Click Organizational Unit Type. Select the type needed

7. Click Pay period range and select the section that will clear the drop down

This will allow the unit type to be selected and fill in the rest of the report.
