Need to know who deleted a Purchase order and the reason for deletion

User needs to know who deleted a Purchase order and the reason provided fort he deletion of the Purchase order.

Navigate to Financials > Purchasing > Setup > Purchase Orders Unused Numbers
Click Search 
Enter the Purchase order # (You can specific by providing more information such as Fiscal Year, Req# etc)
Click Accept

Once the PO is deleted the audit is deleted as well, however, the program called Purchase Orders Unused Numbers will show who deleted that PO# and the reason entered by that user for deletion.
