Request for specific people to have access to reports in Chase

Resolution

  1. Collect the following information so that a request to Chase can be submitted. 

    • Name

    • Email

    • Contact phone number

    • Paymentech Username

    • Specified Merchant ID's

    • Date Range

    • Report type

  2. Contact Support to have the request submitted to Chase.
