How to turn the TouchTime 10 clock keypad back on Main Screen

Context

  • TouchTime Clocks

Cause

Setting in Time and Attendance

Resolution

  1. Login to Time and Attendance as admin

  2. Click on System admin tab

  3. Click on UI environment flags on left side of screen

  4. Click on TIMECLOCK CONFIGURATION

  5. Uncheck Clock Hide Keypad Entry (Requires Clock Restart)

  6. Save

  7. Run Timeclock Configuring Job during times with the least impact

Additional Information

Allow about 5 - 10 minutes for the clock to update. This global update will affect all clocks.Â
