Earnings and Deductions Proof Summaries Missing from Final Proof

Description of Issue

Missing the last page of the Earnings and Deductions Final Proof with the breakdown of totals. 

Payroll Statistics are missing from end of Final Proof. For example, the Vendor totals, employee count, etc.

  • Payroll Processing

  • Earnings and Deductions Proof

Cause

Print Payroll Statistics Checkbox was not selected on Earnings and Deductions Proof Definition Screen

Resolution
  1. Access Earnings and Deductions Proof (Payroll > Payroll Processing > Payroll Start and Status > Earnings and Deductions Proof).

  2. If the Final Proof has been run, the Proof option selected will need to be B - Detail Proof. (The Detail and Final proofs are the exact same report)

    1. If the Final Proof must be run again, go back into Earnings and Deductions. Say No to the prompt asking to Proceed in Inquiry only mode.

    2. Click Return to Payroll Start and Status. 

    3. Process Vendor Processing again. 

    4. Go into Earnings and Deductions Proof, the A-Final Proof option can then be run again.

  3. Select checkbox for Print Payroll Statistics.

  4. Select Display or PDF or desired output option.
