Cashiering: How to Rescan & Endorse A Check

If a cashier forget or improperly scans a check, the cashier can rescan and endorse the check again.

Instructional.

1. Navigate to Cashiering > Batch Management. Find the affected batch.

2. Click the Vertical Ellipses on the batch > Virtual Tape.

3. Find the transaction and select the box to highlight the transaction. 

4. On the right side of Cashiering, select the Tenders Tab > Vertical Ellipses.

5. In this option, you can Endorse and Capture Image of the affected check.
