Unable to update technology assets in the Assets program due to a false error

The system could not lock the record. It could not be found and has likely been deleted.

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version:

  • 2021.9.0.1650 - MUN-487291

  • 2021.10.0.1476 - MUN-487292

  • 2021.11.0.1312 - MUN-487293

  • 2021.12.0.929 - MUN-487294

  • 2024.1.0.522 - MUN-487295

Workaround:

  • Update the asset record in the Asset Registry 

  • Once an asset record is updated in Asset Registry the asset record can be updated in the Assets program
