Export Accounts grayed out in Chart Manager

Under the Excel Export option in Chart Manager, Export Accounts is grayed out.

• Chart Manager

• Excel Export

This function is only available when viewing the Accounts subtab.

When clicking the main tabs (ex. Organization), the default subtab is details.

1. Click the Accounts subtab

2. Click Excel Export

Export Accounts should not be grayed out.
