Description of Issue
- Unable to view special conditions/notes.
- Some data access options that are not labelled and do not allow changes to be saved.
- New permissions are blank.
- You do not have permissions to view Special Conditions/Notes.

Cause
Users are able to see additional special condition options, but with no indication of what they do, and no ability to update them.
Resolution
Contact Tyler Systems Management Support for assistance with a manual RBAC fix.
