ReadyForms Failed To Generate Documents

Description of Issue

When attempting to process forms it presents a ReadyForms Failed to Generate Documents error

Cause
  • Sizing of signature is outside of accepted limits in Forms template or the rtf file is too large

  • Client Address .rtf file was created incorrectly

  • Log file is to big

  • Printer added incorrectly

  • Template Document Split configuration is incorrect.

Resolution
  1. Verify all Ready forms application pools of the affected environment are running. How to Recycle an Application Pool in IIS

    1. Note: The Ready forms product is typically hosted in the infrastructure server. 

  2. Verify signature settings: Signature change for standard ReadyForms

  3. Verify ClientAddress.rtf file settings: Update current rtf asset in Enterprise Forms Template

  4. Verify Logo file settings: How to create a Logo to add on the Template

Additional Information

If issue is directly related with PO, please verify the Vendor against the PO has an appropriate status. If the vendor status is blank, you will be unable to print it until you make it ACTIVE: Error selecting vendor information in Purchase Order Change Order
