Processing error when navigating to Geodata Audit

Description of Issue

Client reported they would receive a processing error has occurred, message when they went to Geodata Audit and filtered to an employee

Cause


Resolution

Work around steps to clear error:

  1. Login to Time & Attendance

  2. Click Custom Filter and set filter to employee

  3. Click Supervisor Actions

  4. Click Geodata Audit

  5. Witness error, Processing error has occurred

  6. Click System Admin

  7. Click Master File Management

  8. Turn the filter off

  9. Click Supervisor Actions

  10. Click Geodata Audit

  11. Enable custom filter

Once you do these steps the error doesn't populate again
