Abatement Entry resetting amounts to zero

Description of Issue

When entering an abatement and choosing an Exemption Code that automatically calculates an abatement amount, the abatement amount is reset to zero dollars ($0) after accepting the abatement.

Cause

The cause of this issue is unknown at this time. 

Resolution

Development is currently researching this issue.
