Check Status of Event Notification Email

Description of Issue

Event notifications are setup but email was not received when the action was completed.

Cause

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > General Administration > Email Message Log
  2. Search for the event notification email that was not received
    1. If the status indicates Success, check your email settings or contact your email service provider
    2. If the status indicates an error occurred, review the error message to determine cause and resolution  
      1. Contact Enterprise ERP Community Development Support for assistance
    3. If there is no record found in the Email Message Log program, see: Enable Email Auditing
