Event notifications are setup but email was not received when the action was completed.

- Navigate to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > General Administration > Email Message Log
- Search for the event notification email that was not received
- If the status indicates Success, check your email settings or contact your email service provider
- If the status indicates an error occurred, review the error message to determine cause and resolution
