AWS Hosted SSRS Unreachable Externally - IPs have been whitelisted

Description of Issue

Site cannot load their TRSB page from behind a whitelisted address. Site loads fine from SSRS Server. Error: Reporting Services Error. The report server encountered an unhandled exception in HttpApplication. (rsUnhandledHttpApplicationError)

Cause

The NLB may be misconfigured and pointing to the wrong SSRS server.
