Multi-Factor Authentication prompts Multiple times a day

Description of Issue

Users are getting prompted to Multi-Factor Authenticate many times in a day while working in Enterprise ERP 

Context
  • TID-W
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Okta
  • Admin Center
Cause

The default okta token idle length is 2 hours, this is causing MFA prompts to happen throughout the day

Resolution
  1. Login to Admin Center with org admin account
  2. Select Identity Workforce from the side menu (shield icon)
  3. Session Management 
    1. Increase Expire Session after user has been idle 
    2. Save
