General Billing Invoice ReadyForm Not Printing

A general billing invoice ReadyForm delivery definition has a Print step with a printer defined, but nothing is coming out of printer

The template selected for the delivery definition Print step is not output format PCL

If no templates with output format PCL are available to select for the Print step of the delivery definition, a user with access to ReadyForms Administration will need to locate the desired template to be updated/copied via Readyforms/Enterprise Forms Template Configuration and, in the templates screen, hover over that template and a Copy button will appear. Copy the template, name the copy and then change the format of the copy to PCL. Save changes then refresh the Delivery Definitions program and select the new template for the Print step.
