Description of Issue

How do I opt out of sharing Enterprise ERP analytics?

Context

  • Enterprise ERP

Cause

As of EERP version 2018.1, by default EERP is configured to capture and share EERP production analytics with Tyler Technologies. The data we collect is uploaded to Azure and into Tyler’s Application Insights account. We are not collecting any personally identifiable information or sensitive data. Examples of information collected:

  • EERP Version

  • Applications being executed

  • Screens being opened

  • Actions taken within applications

  • Client workstation operating systems

  • Client workstation browsers

Resolution

To opt out:

  1. Log into EERP as an administrative account that has access to the System Administration Menu.

  2. Under System Administration > General Administration, open the system settings program.

  3. Click Update and then click the Analytics tab.

  4. Uncheck Share analytics with Tyler

  5. Click Accept
