You have no access permission for page error message inside Time and Attendance

When attempting to edit entries under Employee Time Maintenance, the following error keeps occurring: You have no access permission for page '/DurationTimeEntryEditPrevious.action'!

• Time & Attendance

• Security & Permissions

The Security & Permissions Role was not setup with edit access under the Menu Access area.

In order to edit time entries:

1. Navigate to System Admin

2. Select Security & Permissions

3. Click the pencil icon for the Role in question

4. Under Menu Access → Scroll down and locate Supervisor Actions (Group) → Employee time maintenance (Menu)

5. Check the boxes for the following:

   1.  

      Time Entry Current Period - Add

   2.  

      Time Entry Current Period - Edit

   3.  

      Time Entry Current Period - Save Changes

   4.  

      Time Entry Previous Period - Add

   5.  

      Time Entry Previous Period - Edit

   6.  

      Time Entry Previous Period - Save Changes

6. Click Save
