Tyler Integration Not Running - EERP Entity Service Configuration Code and Description Must Match Tyler Notification Subscriber Code in Time and Attendance
The jobs on the Integration Page are not running.Â

The Subscriber settings description is set to ExecuTime Integration instead of ExecuTime.
To verify the Tyler Notification Subscriber Code:
Log into Time and Attendance as Admin.
Click System Configuration.
Click Tyler Connectivity tab.Â
Under Other Settings, note the Tyler Notification Subscriber Code.Â

In the EERP Entity Service Configuration, the Subscriber settings must match the Tyler Notification Subscriber Code exactly, if they do not, the Integration Jobs will need to be unsubscribed, then the Entity Service can be deleted and re-added, then the jobs need to be re-subscribed:
While in Time and Attendance with the Admin login, go to System Configuration.
Click the Tyler Integration tab.Â
Next to the first Integration Job (Job 1) under the Subscribed column, click the subscribe button to toggle off.
If in an earlier version of Time and Attendance, under the Actions, click the Unsubscribe icon (cloud with a lightening bolt).Â
Repeat step 3. for each Subscribed Integration Job.
Go into EERP and navigate to to Entity Service Configuration (Tyler Menu>System Administration>General Administration>Entity Service Configuration)
Click Delete in the toolbar.Â
Click Add.Â
Define the Code and Description to read, ExecuTime.
This field is character and case sensitive and needs to match exactly.
Click Accept then close out of the program.
Go back into Time and Attendance to the Tyler Integration tab.Â
Subscribe to all the Jobs by toggling on the Subscribe button.
If in an earlier version of Time and Attendance, under Actions, click the Subscribe icon (cloud with an arrow pointing up).
Go back into EERP Entity Service Configuration and all the Integration Job IDs with the Endpoint URLs should then display.Â
