Site needs an excel report that shows all posted GEN journals for the fiscal year

Cause

Resolution

A report can be generated from Journal Inquiry/Print program. 

General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > Journal Inquiry/Print

  1. Click Search and type in the fiscal year and the source GEN

    1. For all periods, leave period blank

  2. Click Accept

  3. Click Excel in the ribbon, and Accept again on the excel filter screen

  4. Excel file showing all GEN journals for year defined will generate
