Employee Export in CSV File Format

Can the Employee Export File be created in CSV Format?

Vendor would like Employee Export File in CSV Format. 

The Employee Export File cannot be created as CSV File Format

In Payroll> Employee Maintenance> Employee Export, manually create Employee Export File as Excel Format (xlsx), then save File externally in CSV Format.

When scheduling Employee Export File, the only File Type that can be used as is txt-Text File Format.

When manually running Employee Export, file can be created as a Text File "txt" or Excel File "xlsx". The Text File can have data in the Text File that is Comma Delimited, but the File Type is still "txt".

When running the Employee Export, user will get a PDF Report and then the Output File.
