Unable to update Overall Rating in Evaluation in ESS

When attempting to change the Overall Rating field to a different option it is grayed out and un editable

• Enterprise ERP

• Human Capital Management

• Personnel Setup 

• Personnel Settings

• The field Calculate Overall Rating in ESS is flagged in Personnel Settings

• If selected, the overall rating is calculated based on competencies. When checked, the overall rating will not be editable in ESS.

1. Please go to Enterprise ERP> Human Capital Management> Human Resources> Personnel Setup> Personnel Settings

2. Select the Evaluations Tab

3. Click Update

4. Unflag Calculate Overall Rating in ESS

5. Click Accept
