Description of Issue

Does Time & Attendance have a feature that sends text/email/notification reminders to users to approve time?

Resolution

Besides the Workflow notification box under the Time Approval section of Workflow, there are no other reminders that are send out. How to locate the Time Approval notification area in Workflow:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Workflow Management

  3. Select Time Approvals

  4. Select the Icon for Primary Approver

  5. Select the Pencil next to the Primary Approver in question 

  6. Check the Notifications box 

  7. Select the checkmark to save the change
