Description of Issue
Version 2019.1 had a hyperlink in UB Central for the customer name field under Account Details > Billing that led to Account Customer Inquiry but is missing in 2021.X versions.
Missing hyperlink text was the customer's user name. Client used this to quickly grab attachments from Account Customer Inquiry.
