Printing Payroll advices using ReadyForms is displaying an Error

Error printing document: document ClientName_prchecks_advice XX-XX-XXXX-XXXXX (advice number) Employee/Vendor Name to RF32

• Print Payroll Advices 

• ReadyForms Delivery Definitions 

Printer Name is not defined on the ReadyForms Delivery Definition on the Print Step

To add Printer Name within Payroll Processing 

1. Select Print Payroll Advices step

2. Select ReadyForms Delivery Definitions from the information bar 

3. Locate the Delivery Definition for Advices 

4. Highlight the Print step to review the Step Details 

5. Select Update under where it says Steps 

6. Make sure there is a check mark on the Print box and the correct Printer Name is identified
