Where is my Change Order?

I created a Purchase Order Change Order and I do not know where it is.

• Purchasing

• Purchase Orders

• Purchase Order Change Orders

The Purchase Order Change Orders program will always open up the original Purchase Order. If there is an active status you will be able to see it right away in two areas. On the header to the right you see Original and Change Order. If you see a Status for Change Order, there is an active Change Order against the Original Purchase Order. The other way to tell is if you look at the bottom left hand side of the screen and see two records.

Go to:

Financials > Purchasing > Purchase Orders Processing > Purchase Order Change Orders

1. Search for your Purchase Order

2. Look at the bottom left hand side of the program

   1. you will see 1 of 2 |<  <   >  >|

   2.  Click on the right arrow ">"

3. The program will then take you to your change order against the Purchase Order

4. From here you can delete, release, approve, post and reprint the change order
