My Employee Master, Payroll Tab, Other Service Field has a -1.

Running the Step Increase Program with the Longevity Box checked off in Live or in Projection is causing Employee Master, Payroll Tab, Other Service field to populate with -1.

Having -1 in Employee Master, Payroll Tab, Other Service Field can reduce Years of Service used to calculate Longevity Pay by one year potentially causing the Longevity Pay to be off. 

The -1 will need to be cleared from Other Service field on Employee Master Payroll Tab.
