There are fuel management configuration issues in Asset Maintenance

Receive an error when running the fuel import 

There are fuel management configuration issues in Asset Maintenance; please check System Logs. 

System log shows the following errors: 

• Exception for Fuel Management in Asset Maintenance: Prior day validation limit is not configured 

• Exception for Fuel Management in Asset Maintenance: Asset cross reference type is not configured 

• Enterprise Asset Management 

• EAM 

• Versions 2021.12 and above

Due to fuel settings not being configured in Asset Maintenance Settings 

• Fuel Import error - Prior day validation limit is not configured

• Fuel Import error - Asset cross reference type is not configured

• Refer to Master Article - EAM modernized fuel import for additional information on the modernized fuel import

• A more intuitive error message has been added to the Fuel Usage Import program when fuel settings have not been configured under the following work tickets:

  • 2021.12.0.1047 - MUN-483226

  • 2024.1.0.669 - MUN-487391
