Error received converting service request to work order from Open Service Request Details Hub card:  An internal error occurred

Defect occurs when attempting to convert a service request that has already been applied to a work order

Install MUN-482342 once it's been released

Workaround: If the request needs to be applied to another work order, open the Service Requests program, pull up the request, and use the Apply to Work Order(s) button
