Description of Issue

  • Generate Corrections for Exemptions/Credits returns error.

  • Error getting bill details. -6372 [ISAM 0]

  • Additional information concerning a status error of -6372:

  • [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0]COUNT field incorrect or syntax error.

Cause

Exemptions/Credits record can be created individually or from Mass Create Exemptions/Credits.  When the user goes to Process the Generate Corrections for posting, an error is returned.

Resolution

Development is still researching this issue.
