Description of Issue

How do we set up the remote access for ExecuTime version 2023.3.2 as not allowing access from work computer. We want to be able to allow some employees to have remote access and deny it to others.

Resolution

To be able to enable remote access for some users and not others, you will have to allow the IP addresses

  1. Navigate to System Admin 

  2. Select UI Environment Flags

  3. Select Security 

  4. Select Remote Connection 

  5. Select (plus)  to add a new Employee/ IP address 

  6. List the Name of the employee

  7. List the IP Address of the employee 

  8. Check Active 

  9. Select Save
