The user needs access to Workflow Management in Time & Attendance.

  • Security & Permissions

  • Workflow 

Cause

Resolution

  1. Navigate to System Admin

  2. Select Security & Permissions

  3. Select the pencil beside the role

  4. Menu Access → navigate to System Admin subheading 

  5. Scroll to find Workflow Management → select the box 

  6. Select Save
