Is it possible to create a role with the ability to see time off requests and benefit balance but not to edit these entries?

Navigate to System Admin
Select Security & Permissions
Select the +Â icon
Name Role with Desired Name
Select Menu Access → Employee Actions → Select box
Scroll to Supervisor Actions → Manage Time Off → Calendar → select box
Select Employee Access → select employees that need to be visible
Select Other → Supervisory/Workflow access → select box
Select Notifications → select as needed
Select SaveÂ
