Is it possible to create a role with the ability to see time off requests and benefit balance but not to edit these entries?

Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Admin

  2. Select Security & Permissions

  3. Select the icon

  4. Name Role with Desired Name

  5. Select Menu Access → Employee Actions → Select box

  6. Scroll to Supervisor ActionsManage Time OffCalendar → select box

  7. Select Employee Access → select employees that need to be visible

  8. Select Other Supervisory/Workflow access → select box

  9. Select Notifications → select as needed

  10. Select Save
